The in-house Development team, headed by Rubber Technologist along with a CFT of production and QA,works cohesively to design, develop and validate resulting in an innovative Product and solutions for our valued customers.

The team utilizes rapid prototyping, well-appointed testing facilities for simulation and validation of design, In house tool and die team and custom SPMS for type testing.

Products are carefully measured for their performance utilizing optimized compounds, depending on product life conditions e.g.Load bearing charecterstics, Temperature, Medium, torque, life expectancy etc.

All this is further supplemented by constant up gradation of man and machine, by way of training and technological additions enhancements. The unit is ISO 9000:2015 certified and VDA 6.3 approved.
